I just received a full pipe system for my raptor. I am following the instructions to a tee on installation and for the life of me I cannot get the Y to line up with the pipes coming out of the heads. They seem to be at least 1/2" off. They are not tight...binding...just can't seem to get them even close. I have installed many other exhaust so I am not a newbie...but I have tried for at least an hour. ANY IDEAS? By the way the system looks great and seems WELL BUILT!!

Thanks for the offer to help with pics but I finally got them to work by really loosening everything quite a bit.Now have problems with my jetting. I have put in 155 in left carb and 160 in right per suggestion from someone within HMF organization. I have a CFM open airbox with K&N filter and am around 700 feet.
It runs and idles fine and top end seems good. It sputters and spits down low and early in mid. I only changed the main jets with no other mods. Any ideas?
I am VERY HAPPY with the quality of the pipe nice job guys!!

You might need to adjust the air fuel mixture screw for the spudder problem. Give me a call so i can try and help. 866-HMF-PIPE.
