Hello, been the owner of 2 hmf exhaust's a sport series and a utility series, love them both. On my Grizzly i ride from 20 degrees F to 80 degrees F, I have jetted it with a 180 main, i know your site sais 175 but i did no wanna risk running to lean, also i run a k&N, i Used you jet kit as well. When Wide open throttle occurs at around 48 to 50 degrees outside the quad bogs and spudders, when around 30 degrees or lower it pops and spudders only after holding it wide open for a lot longer distance. What i am wondering is by chance am i running to rich? i have not done a plug test only because its friggen cold out and its a pain on the ice to pull everything apart to get at the plug. Any help? and screws i can turn for high rpm or anything? thnks, much appreciated!

I just install a slip on HMF and installed the 175 Mikuni main jet into my Carb. what else would I need to do. I can start my Grizzly but it's running to rich. The minute I give it some throttle it dieds and I get some black smoke out of the exhaust. Can some tell me how many turns I need on my mixture screw and if I need to do something with the needle?
