Bike won't start 2006 rincon 680

I hooked up the ground wire to the positive on the battery and I tried to start the bike.... Once I found out I did this I fixed the problem switching the wires. Now my bike won't start with and with out the programer. ???? This is on a Honda rincon 680 (2006) what can I do to fix this any ideas... Or what damage did I do ..by hooking the ground wire from the programer to the positive on the battery. Thanks rb..

Sounds like something got cooked. I would start by checking fuses though. It may be that simple.
