Default 2011 500 renegade setting

hello ,

y have buy an hmf optimizer gen 3 for my renegade 500 2011 and performance slip on and uni filter

HMF Recommended Jetting for Renegade (07-11)

2007-2008: Slip on: Optimizer Settings:

Green Mode: 2

Yellow Mode: 4

Red Mode: 3.5


2009-2011: Slip on: Optimizer Settings:

Green Mode:4

Yellow Mode: 5

Red Mode: 4


which one is good ?

You should use the last one that says 2009-2011.

Its not something that is required but it will increase air flow.

hello

You ONLY need to adjust the first 3 modes.
Green= low speed
Yellow= mid speed
Red= top end
Modes 4 and 5 are pre set and DO NOT need to be changed.

What are these modes 4 and 5 ?

can you explain

These are switch point modes.

Mode 4 controls how soon or how late mode 2 takes over from mode 1

Mode 5 controls how soon or how late mode 3 takes over from mode 2
