The AC650H1 is not a big powerhorse, max power is only 27.3 so ANYTHING added to that will be noticable.
IF you plan on adding bigger tires the HMF Slip On and rejetting will give you back the lost power of big tires OR with stock tires it will be snappier in the low to mid speed range.
The gains:
Low end 4.3 HP gain.
Low to mid 2.5 HP gain.
Mid 1.5 HP gain.
Top end 1.2 HP gain.

The RED graph = all stock.
The BLUE graph = HMF Slip On and re jet.
