The Suzuki King Quad 500 has a Single-Cylinder 4-stroke engine that's Fuel Injected with a SOHC Valve Configuration. When we worked with the 500, we noitced it really required a lot more research and development time when designing the exhaust system. Offered in a slip on system, we were able to pick up 8% horse power on the dyno evenly across the power curve for overall performance. The Penland Pro Series picked up a lot more bottom end torque with the TRM installed.

Don't Forget:

Whenever you add an after-market exhaust system to your machine, tuning your carburetor is, in most cases, an absolute necessity. The proper jets and EFI settings are extremely important for the performance and lifespan of your machine.
