Big Core Slip On Exhaust Instructions For Models: RZR Pro XP® (2024-2024), RZR® Turbo R (2023-2024)
1. Remove (4) t40 torx bolts holding Rear Fascia Plastics.(See Figure #1)
2. Remove (2) retaining springs, (3) M8x1.25 nuts to remove Stock Muffler Assembly.
Note. Save M8 nuts to reuse for installation.(See Figure #2)
3. Remove factory M6 bolts from the heat shield. (leave heat shield in place)
1. Pre-install supplied (2) M8x1.25 Carriage Bolts, (2) Flat Washers and (2) M8x1.25 Nylock Nuts into the center holes of the Supplied Muffler Mounting Bracket.
2. Install supplied Muffler Mounting Bracket over Factory Heat Shield using (4) M6x25 Hex bolts, (4) ½” Aluminum spacers and (4) #10 Flat Washers.(See Figure #3)

3. Remove Nuts and Washers from Carriage bolts. Using the supplied Collector Gasket gently place the Muffler Assembly on the Carriage Bolts and Factory Downpipe.
4. Reinstall the supplied (2) Flat washers, (2) M8 Nyloc Nuts and (3) Factory lock nuts.(See Figure #5)

5. Align and adjust Muffler Assembly and tighten all hardware.
6. IF not running HMF Rear Bumper: Reinstall Factory Rear Fascia Plastic using (4) Factory T40 Torx bolts.
