For Models: RZR^® Turbo R (2023-2024)

Installation

1. Remove (4) T40 torx bolts holding Factory Rear Fascia Plastic.(See Figure #1)

2. Using (2) of the Factory T40 torx bolts install the provided Lisence Plate Bracket. (See Figure #2)

3. Pre install the Rear Bumper Support Tubes on the Rear Bumper using (2) M8-1.25x20 Hex Bolts and (2) 1/4” Flat Washers. Leave slightly loose to allow for easier fitment.(See Figure #3)

4. Bring Bumper up to the rear of the frame and hang the bumper from the upper mounts using (2) M10-1.25x70 Hex bolts, (4) 3/8" Flat Washers and (2) M10x1.25 Nylock Nuts.(See Figure #4)

5. Secure the lower tubes of the Bumper to the frame using (2) M8-1.25x25 Hex Bolts, (4) ¼” Flat Washers, and (2)M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts . (See Figure #5)
