U4 Front Bumper, Polaris RZR^® XP 1000 (24-25) Instructions

Installation

1. Remove front Grill and Lower Fascia Panel (4) t40 Torx bolts, (2)15mm Bolts and (2) Clips (See Figure #1)

2. Remove Pull Strap Plate and (4) Bolts.(See Figure #2)

3. Remove Factory Front Bumper, (2) Nuts and Bolts (2) T40 Torx (2) 15mm nuts. (See Figure #3)

4. Using (2) bolts from Factory Pull Plate install new HMF Lower Bumper Bracket. (See Figure #4)

5. Install provided Speed Clips onto New Front Bumper and place Factory Front Fascia plastics into the Bumper. (See Figure #5)

6. Hang new HMF Front Bumper on the Vehicle using factory studs and nuts and secure lower mounts to Mounting Plate using (2) M8-1.25x20 Button head bolts, (4) 1/4” Flat Washers and (2) M8 Nylock Nuts.

7. Using supplied (2) M10-1.5x25 Hex bolts, (2) 3/8” Flat Washers and Factory upper mounting hardware install Upper Support Brackets. (See Figure #6)

8. Resecure Grill trim to Front Bumper using (2) T40 Torx bolts. (See Figure #7)

9. With all parts in place, make any final adjustments and tighten all Bumper hardware.

10. Reinstall Front Fascia Hardware (2) clips, (4) T40 Torx bolts and (2) 15mm bolts. (See Figure #8)
