LT Front Bumper, Polaris Sportsman® 450/570 (17-20) Instructions For Models: Sportsman® 570 (2017-2024)
***Before working on your machine make sure it is parked on a level surface with the transmission in park and/or the parking brake engaged.***
1. It may be necessary to clean out mounting holes for the bumper prior to installation. Inspect for debris or damage to mounting points prior to installation.
2. Loosely mount the bumper at the top mounting points using the provided (2) ¼”-20 x 2 ½” Hex Bolts, (2) ¼” Washers, and (2) 1 1/8” Spacers. The spacer will go between the bumper mounting tab and front of the machine as pictured.(See Figure #1)
3. Using the provided (2) ¼”-20 x 1” Hex Bolts, and (2) ¼” Washers mount the bumper to the machine at the lower bumper mounting tabs. Do not tighten yet.(See Figure #2)
4. Check for proper clearance and alignment of bumper then tighten all hardware. (See Figure #3)
