Can Am Maverick R HD Front Bumper Installation Instructions 1. Using the provided hardware (2) M8-1.25x20 Hexbolts, (4) 1/4" Flat washers, (2) M8-1.25 Nylock nuts, insert the lower mounting brackets through the openings in the lower fascia.
Slide the winch mount plate into the upper opening of the fascia and insert the hardware loosely to hold the bumper in place. (See Figure #1)

2. Using the rest of the supplied hardware (4) M8-1.25x20 Hexbolts, (8) 1/4" Flat washers, (4) M8-1.25 Nylock nuts, begin to secure the lower mounting brackets of the bumper to the suspension bulkhead. (See Figure #3)

3. Make any final positioning adjustments and tighten all hardware. (See Figure #5)
