Kawasaki KRX 4 1000 Rock Sliders Installation Instructions 1. Although not required, it’s recommended to remove the rocker panels to drill the plastics off the vehicle.
2. using a 1-3/8" step drill bit . drill at the factory marked locations indicated by the small divots in the plastics.(See Figure #1)

1. Begin by preinstalling the provided 2x M10-1.25x50 Bolts, 2x 3/8" Flat washer and 2x aluminum spacers onto the 2 lower mounts of the Rear Rock Slider.(See Figure #3)

2. Then using the one of the provided M10-1.25x30 Bolts and 3/8" Flat washser, place it in the Upper Rear Mount of the Rear Rock Slider and loosely secure the Rear Rock Slider to the vehicle(See Figure #4)

3. Using 2x of the remaining M10-1.25x50 bolts, 3/8" Flate Washers and Aluminum Spacers Preinstall them onto the Front Rock Slider and loosely install it onto the Vehicle.(See Figure #6)

4. Secure the Front and Rear Rock Sliders together using the provided 2x M10-1.5x30 Allen Bolts . (Note, with the Rock sliders loosely installed you will be able to rotate the assembly upwards slightly to allow room to tighten the inner M10-1.5x30 Allen Bolt)(See Figure #7)

5. With the Front and Rear Rocksliders secured to eachother you can now make any final adjustments and tighten all hardware.(See Figure #8)

6. Repeat these steps for the other side of the vehicle.
