HMF Racing Kawasaki Teryx H2 LT Front Bumper Installation Instructions

For Models: Teryx H2 (2026-2026)

Removal

1. Begin by removing the Lower Winch Cover by removing the (4x Plastic Rivets). 
 - Figure 1
(If not installing the HMF LT Front Bumper with a winch skip to step 4 of the installation process)
2. Begin by placing the vehicle securely on jack stands.
3. Disconnect both left and right sway bar links
4. Disconnect the Left Front Shock sensor and Remove the Left Front Shock assembly.

Installation

1. Begin by lifting the Left Front wheel so that the lower control arm is parallel with the ground and secure the control arm using a strap and/or jack.

2. Slide the HMF Winch Mount Plate in from the side with short bent tab facing down and to the rear of the vehicle. (Note: the top of the Winch Plate should slide in front of the the Upper Control Arm Hardware)

3. With the HMF Winch Mounting Plate in place slide your winch in from the side as you did with the plate and secure the Winch to the Mounting plate with the relevant hardware for your winch.

4. Take the provided (2x Aluminium Spacers) and apply a small amount of grease to each one, on one face, this holds them for installation. Stick them in place over the holes in the recess of the frame.

5. With the Aluminium Spacers in place take the provided (2xM10-1.5x80 Hex Bolts, 4x 3/8" Flat Washers, 2xM10-1.5 Nylock Nuts) and loosely hang the LT Bumper from its lower mounts.

6. At this time take the provided (2xM10-1.5x55 Flange Bolts, 2x 3/8" Flat Washers, 2xM10-1.5 Nylock nuts) and loosely secure the upper mounts of the LT Bumper through the Aluminium Spacers, Frame and if used upper Winch plate mounts.

7. With the LT Bumper loosely in place, install the provided (4xM8-1.25 Speed Clips) as shown. (At this time if you are running a winch install your winch fairlead with its relevant hardware)

8. With the LT Bumper in place make any final positioning adjustments and tighten all hardware.
9. At this time install the HMF LT Skid Plate with the provided (4xM8-1.25x20 Buttonhead Bolts)

10. With the installation of the HMF LT Front Bumper complete at this time re-install the Shock, sway bar links and reconnect the shock sensor.
