Kawasaki Teryx H2 U4 Front Bumper Installation Instructions For Models: Teryx H2 (2026-2026)
1. Begin by removing the Lower Winch Cover by removing the (4x Plastic Rivets). 
1. Begin the installation by loosely installing the Left and Right Upper HMF Mounting Brackets using the provided (4x M8-1.25x16 Hex Bolts, 4x 1/4" Flat Washers). 
2. With the Lower Winch Cover removed, take the provided (2x Aluminium Spacers) and apply a small amount of grease to each one, on one face, this holds them for installation. Stick them in place over the holes in the recess of the frame.
3. Place the Lower Winch Cover inside the HMF U4 front bumper as shown. 
4. Using the provided (2x M8-1.25x20 Hex Bolts, 2x 1/4" Flat Washers) loosely hang the HMF U4 Front Bumper in place with the Left and Right Upper Mounting Brackets.
5. With the HMF U4 Front Bumper hanging from the Upper Mounting Brackets loosely, secure the Winch Plate Mount to the Aluminum Spacers and Frame using the supplied (2x M10-1.5x55 Flange Bolt, 2x 3/8" Flat Washers and 2x M10-1.5 Nylock Nuts).
6. With the remaining (2x M10-1.5x80 Hex Bolts, 4x 3/8" Flat Washers, and 2x M10-1.5 Nylock Nuts) loosely secure the Lower Mounting plate to the Frame. 
7. Once all components and hardware are in place make any final positioning adjustments, and begin tightening all hardware, starting with with the Bumper to Left and Right Upper Mounting Brackets. Then tighten the hardware going through the Winch Mount plate and Aluminum Spacers. Finally tighten the Lower Mounting Bracket and the Left and Right Upper Mounting Brackets to the Frame.
8. With everything in place and tightened secure the Lower Winch Cover with the 4x factory Plastic Rivets.
