Polaris RZR Pro R 4 Rear Bumper Installation Instructions 1. Remove both factory T50 Torx Bolts with plasting bushing from exhaust fascia plastics. (If you're using an HMF exhaust, remove exhaust fascia plastics and exhaust)(See Figure #1)
1. Insert the provided M10 Allen Bolts with 3/8" Washers through the top mounting points. Place the provided 1/4" Aluminum Spacers on the back side of the bumper over the exposed M10 Bolts.(See Figure #2)
2. Put the Bumper in place and start the (2) Upper M10 Bolts, but do not tighten yet.(See Figure #3)
3. Insert (2) M8 x 1.25 x 70 and (2) 1/4" Flat Washers through lower mounting points. Install (2) 1/4" Flat Washers and (2) M8 x 1.25 Nylock Nuts.(See Figure #4)
4. Adjust position of bumper and tighten all hardware.(See Figure #5)
