Polaris RZR Turbo R HD Hitch Receiver Installation Instructions For Models: RZR Turbo R (2022-2026)
1. Support rear of the vehicle on jack or stands. (do not raise tires off the ground)
2. Remove rear fascia plastics. (Optional- remove muffler assembly to ease installation) (See Figure #1)
3. Remove the lower heat shield from factory radius arm plate.
3. Loosen and remove the inner radius arm hardware and radius arm plate.(See Figure #2)
4. Pre install original lower radius arm bolts in Hitch Plate, insert bolts through lower radius arms and place on vehicle.(See Figure #3)

5. Reinstall upper radius arms and tighten all radius arm hardware.(See Figure #5)
6. Reinstall radius arm plate heat shield.(See Figure #6)
7. Reinstall muffler assembly.(See Figure #7)
8. Reinstall rear fascia plastics using stock hardware with included M6 locknuts and #10 washers on the back side of the hitch plate. (See Figure #8)
