Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 Rear Bumper 24-26 Installation Instructions

For Models: RZR XP 4 1000 (2024-2026)

Installation

1. Pre-install Support Tubes onto HMF Rear Bumper using supplied (2) M8-1.25x20, (2) 1/4” Flat Washers (See Figure #1)

2. Using (2) M8-1.25x25, (4) 1/4" Flat Washers and (2) m8-1.25 Nylock Nuts loosely hang the bumper on the machine using the upper mounting points. (See Figure #2)

3. Using (2) M8-1.25x25, (4) 1/4” Flat Washers and (2) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts Loosely secure lower mounting points.(See Figure #3)

4. With all hardware and components in place, adjust and align the bumper and tighten all hardware.(See Figure #4)
