Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 U4 Front Bumper 26 Installation Instructions For Models: RZR XP 1000 (2024-2026)
1. Begin by removing the (2) plastic rivets, and (2) Torx bolts securing the Plastic front bumper fascia to the vehicle.
2. Next remove the (2) torx bolts securing the lower grill to the factory bumper, the (6) bolts securing the bumper to the vehicle, and remove the factory bumper. (Note: It may be necessary to remove the center hood panel to allow access and loosen the hood bolts. This will help in removal of the factory bumper)
1. Begin by securing the HMF Lower Mounting bracket using the supplied (2) M10-1.5x25 Hex Bolts, and (2) 3/8" Flat wahsers.
2. With the Lower Mounting Bracket in place loosely hang the HMF U4 front bumper from the original upper mounts using the original (6) Hex bolts. Reinstall the previously removed (2) torx bolts securing the lower grill to the bumper mount.
3. Now that the HMF U4 Front Bumper is hanging from the upper mounts, insert the upper front bumper fascia, then the factory lower winch cover, and resecure them with the previously removed hardware.
4. Use the provided (2) M8-1.25x25 Buttonhead bolts, (4) 1/4" Flat Washers, and (2) M8-1.25 Nylock nuts to secure the Bumper to the Lower Mounting Bracket. 
5. Using the provided (2) M10-1.5x60, (4) 3/8" Flat washers, and (2) M10-1.5 Nylock nuts loosely secure the HMF Upper Mounting Brackets to the frame then use the provided (2) M10-1.5x25 Hex Bolts, and (2) 3/8" Flat Washers to secure the Upper mounting brackets to the ends of the HMF U4 Front bumper.
6. With all components in place make any final positioning adjustments and tighten all hardware.
