Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP Front Bumper 11-16 Installation Instructions For Models: Sportsman 850 XP (2009-2016), Sportsman 850 X2 (2010-2010), Sportsman 850 Touring (2011-2016)
1. Remove the (4) Stock Bolts from the Front Plastic to the Radiator Support Mount. (See Figure #1)
2. Install the IQ Front Bumper using the Allen Bolts, Washers and Spacers.(See Figure #2)
3. Install the 1-1/8" Spacers and M8x80 Allen Bolts on the top, and the 3/4" Spacers and M8x65 Allen Bolts on the Bottom.(See Figure #3)
3. Align the front bumper and tighten the bolts.
