Polaris XPedition 5 AD Front Bumper Installation Instructions

For Models: XPedition 5 (2024-2026)

Removal

1. Begin removing the Factory Bull Bar by removing the (2) lower bolts, (4) support tube bolts and (4) Nuts .(See Figure #1)

2. Remove the Factory Upper Front Fascia held in place with (2) Torx bolts and (2) Plastic Rivets .(See Figure #3)

Installation

1. Replace the (2) lower tow hook bolts with the Provided (2) M10-1.5x20 Button Head bolts .

2. At this point if you are running an aftermarket winch remove the Factory winch and install the supplied Winch Mount Plate using the included (4) M8-1.25x20 Hex Bolts and (4) 1/4" Flat Washers. then install the winch and fairlead plate leaving the 2 outer most bolts loose . (note: if you are using the stock winch skip this step)(See Figure #4)

3. Install the Bottom Mounting Bracket using the Factory hardware of the Upper (2) Tow hook bolts . (See Figure #5)

4. Pre-install the Support Assembly into the HMF AD Front Bumper using the supplied (2) M8-1.25x55 Allen Bolts, (2) M8-1.25x20 Button Head Bolts, (8) 1/4" Flat Washers and (4) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts .(See Figure #6)

5. Slip the new HMF AD Front Bumper into the factory support tube recievers on the machine and reinstall the Factory (4) Bolts and (4) nuts .(See Figure #7)

6. Using the supplied (2) M8-1.25x20 Button Head Bolts, (4) 1/4" Flat Washers, (2) M8-1.25 Nylock nuts, Secure the Bumper to the HMF Bottom Mounting Bracket. (Note: if you are running an aftermarket winch secure the Upper Support assembly to the Winch plate using the Outer most Bolts of the winch assembly as highlighted in the picture.)(See Figure #8)

7. Installed the Supplied (2) Upper Mounting Brackets using the supplied (4) M8-1.25x20 Hex Bolts, (4) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts, (4) 1/4" Flat Washers.(See Figure #9)
